High Efficiency Tobacco Cutting Machine Stainless Steel GMP Standard

MC50 Mini Cutter is the new product that our company independently developed. It combines the character

 and actual production experience of the similar type, with high performance, high technical content of roller

 knife type Mini Cutter, aiming at meet the need of the small production and laboratory actual requirement.

Mini Cutter applies to cut lamina/stem with the speed of 200 kg / h - 500 kg/h in the pilot line or lab. To 

make the specification of the processed lamina and stem conforms to the specified requirements of the 

cigarette craft. The width of cutting is adjustable at the range of 0.1-3mm easily.

Main Functions and Features 

1. This machine is designed for cut material drying to improve crimp ratio, filling value and quality. 

2. The roller features a sloping and revolving cylinder. 

3. Adjustable temperature range with a maximum of 120.

4. Simple structure, easy operation, low malfunction and less maintenance costs. 

5. This dryer is equipped with both radiant and air circulation heating drying systems (downstream hot air 

mode).
